Cancellation Policies

We always send you a confirmation email from (support@yourdomain.com) before starting your review delivery campaign.

We begin the process only after receiving your confirmation reply.

If you entered the wrong GMB (Google My Business) profile URL during checkout, you can send us the correct one by replying to this confirmation email.

• ✅ You can cancel the order before confirming your GMB profile — in that case, we will refund 100% of the payment made.
• ❌ Once you confirm your GMB profile via email, the order cannot be cancelled.
• ❌ You cannot change the GMB profile URL after we start processing your order.

Refund Policies

Each service on our website has a clearly mentioned estimated delivery timeline.

If we fail to deliver the service within the specified timeline, you are entitled to receive a 100% refund of the undelivered portion of your order.

Example: If you ordered 50 reviews and only 30 were delivered, we will refund the value of 20 reviews.
